Component Chamber
For control units and modules.
We build test chambers that comply with the standards for CISPR 25 emission and ISO 11452 immunity testing of vehicle electronic components.
Every electronic part in a vehicle must not disturb the radio, GPS and other systems, nor be affected by outside signals. CISPR 25 and ISO 11452 define these tests.
With your own test chamber you test every new part revision during development and arrive at certification ready. High-voltage supply for electric vehicle parts is planned as well.
No waiting for an external lab.
CISPR 25 table and antenna layout.
High voltage is filtered.
The room is tested to the standard.
For control units and modules.
For batteries and inverters.
Full-vehicle chamber with dynamometer.
Values are defined per project. We give the exact figures in writing in the quote after the site survey.
Industries where it is used
| Standards | CISPR 25, ISO 11452-2, ISO 11452-4 |
|---|---|
| Frequency range | 150 kHz – 6 GHz |
| Test table | Standard dimensions, grounded |
| Supply | 12/24/48 V and EV high voltage |
| Shielding | 100 dB and above |
We listen to your needs, inspect the site and measure the signals.
We define the size and equipment and give you a firm quote.
We manufacture the parts, build the room and connect the services.
We test the room to the standard and deliver it with a report.
If your question isn't answered here, ask our engineer directly.
Usually not. A compact chamber is enough for components; a full vehicle needs a much larger chamber.
High-voltage supply, suitable filters and safety measures are planned together with the chamber.
Yes. Tests such as ISO 11452-2 and 11452-4 are performed in the same chamber with the right equipment.
The chamber is measured and reported against the environmental conditions CISPR 25 requires.
Tell us briefly what you need; your site survey and quote will be ready within 24 hours.
